About Dr. Meredith

Dr. Meredith earned her undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology from West Virginia University in 2013 and completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in 2016. Her passion for physical therapy began in high school when her grandmother suffered a stroke. Watching her go through the rehabilitation process and seeing how physical therapists helped her regain independence inspired Meredith to pursue a career in physical therapy.
She started her career in neurological rehab, focusing on helping individuals recover from spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and strokes. In 2018, Meredith transitioned to pelvic health and has since completed extensive continuing education through Herman and Wallace to better serve clients with pelvic floor dysfunction. She is also a certified sex counselor, passionate about helping clients address intimacy issues and improve their sexual well-being. Dr. Meredith works with clients of all genders and enjoys serving the LGBTQIA+ community.
Dr. Meredith offers in-home physical therapy sessions, believing that pelvic health care should be accessible and convenient. Her mission is to help you overcome pelvic health challenges, enhance sexual well-being, and build trust in your body, empowering you to feel confident in every aspect of your life.
Outside of work, Meredith enjoys backpacking, hiking, and whitewater rafting with her partner, Will, and their two pups, Luke and Leia. On a rainy day, you’ll find her inside completing a puzzle!

Why I Choose PT
My passion for physical therapy began early in high school when I witnessed firsthand the effects of physical therapy with my own family. This personal experience motivates me on a daily basis to ensure the quality of care that I provide is EQUAL to the quality of care I would expect for my own family members.
Just because your symptoms are common, DOES NOT mean they are normal.
You deserve a life without pain, a life without leaking, and I am here to help you begin!
